Varun Kr Agrawal is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio spanning multiple industries. A Business Management graduate from Bangalore University and MSc in Finance from Lancaster University, UK, he has built a strong presence in Nepal’s business landscape.
His ventures include coal mining in Palpa and Dang, food grain import and distribution under More Enterprises, and automobile dealerships representing Kia and MG Motors in western Nepal. These enterprises contribute to economic growth, ensure consistent commodity supply, and deliver exceptional customer service.
In addition to traditional sectors, Varun embraces innovation through electric vehicle imports from China and real estate development via Lumbini Investments P. Ltd, focusing on urban growth in Siddharthanagar and Lumbini. His strategic investments in banking, insurance, and private equity further diversify his impact, fostering growth across critical industries.
His family’s establishment of Mahalaxmi Bikash Bank, with 80 branches nationwide, underscores their legacy in Nepal’s financial sector.

Manish Sethia is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 19 years of experience spanning real estate, infrastructure, technology, and emerging sectors such as EV mobility, CNG, jewellery, and semiconductors. His ability to identify high-potential industries and translate them into sustainable ventures has positioned him as a dynamic leader shaping multiple business verticals.
As Co-Founder & Strategic Head of Amani Development, established in 2024, Mr. Sethia drives strategic growth, partnerships, and business alignment for one of the region’s most forward-looking real estate ventures. In parallel, he serves as Managing Director & CEO of KK Group of Companies, a diversified enterprise founded in 2012 that has earned national recognition for its strong client base and innovative approach to infrastructure and development.
He also Co-Founded Svamitva Connect (SConnect) and Svamitva Real Estate Solution (India–Australia), fostering Indo-Australian collaborations in real estate and infrastructure. In addition, he is a key shareholder in DSR EV Mobility, reinforcing his commitment to sustainable transportation and green technologies.
